Ok, here’s another. I ate a simply prepared fish fillet on Saturday night, but I added something wonderful to make it special, mango salsa.
Mango Salsa
1/2 mango, chopped (about 4 ounces)
4 ounces cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 green onion
1 very small jalapeno (about 1.25” long)
2 tbl cilantro, chopped
Dash saltStir it all together and top your fish or shrimp with the salsa. Delicious!!!!!!!!!! A real treat and maybe only about 100 calories at most.

Look at you with your mango salsa! When I finish my second 6 weeks on the advanced plan I’ll look forward to adding back a little fruit and this will be the first thing I make!
And when I get the acid reflux completely healed, so I’m sure I don’t have bugs that a fungus, albeit a delicious one like mushrooms, would feed, I can’t wait to make your chili!
Thanks for sharing! Anna
Thanks, Anna. That mango salsa was one of the best things I have eaten. It was so fresh and made an ordinary meal rather special. I hope you will be able to branch out into more foods as time goes by. I am surprised at the discoveries I have made since I stopped using butter and cream and cheese!!!
