Hi Kathy-One of the most important concepts Dr. Hyman teach us is that calories in/calories out doesn’t work. Remember it’s not the amount of calories you put in, it’s the quality of those calories. Real fresh whole food is what make and break your health. I think you would greatly benefit from the Blood Sugar Solution plan. Keep us posted!
