    • What has helped me the most is no bread ,dairy,canned, or packaged products plus the supplments of Omega-3 ,vitamin D-3,and calcium magnesium zinc ! Also i run or jog 60 minutes a day!

    • High BG in the morning could be due to your liver releasing Glucogen into your blood stream. This is true for me. I counteract it by having dinner early and not snacking at night. Brings my morning numbers way down. Good Luck!

    • My doctor said to test 2 hours from my first bite of food and books I have read support that as well. As far as your higher AM readings, you could be experiencing Dawn Phenomenon (the liver releasing sugar into your blood stream as Cathy stated).
