Recipes 1 year agoBasic Pinto Bean Recipe:
1/2 can organic pinto beans [or use dry and cook first]
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8-1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon parsley [fresh or dried]
1-1/2 teaspoons organic extra virgin olive oil
1 cup fresh organic baby spinach
Microwave the pinto beans until hot, add spices and olive oil. Serve on a bed of spinach. -

Recipes 1 year, 1 month agoSaturday night I made grilled salmon fillets with a fresh salad. Here’s the Salmon recipe:
Simple Grilled Salmon Fillets
2 – 1/2 lbs wild caught salmon fillets [King Salmon is my favorite!]
Place fish skin side down in foil-lined pan using sunflower oil [or other acceptable high heat oil]

I have found the same thing. I cook what I eat the way I like to eat them with modifications. I really feel like one of the most important parts is the plate arrangement. 1/2 veggies 1/4 high index veggies, and 1/3 meat. I do something similar with chickpeas. Very Good!
