    Thanks Margaret! I’ve removed all those sweeteners. I do use dates, however, for sweetening when I want to have a dessert occasionally. As long as I eat enough protein and fat along with the dates (It comes out to about 2 or 3 dates per serving) I haven’t had a problem with them. Maybe I’ll try cutting back all my fruit to only berries and…[Read more]

    Hi Melissa, I’m teetering right along with you, although not so discouraged as before. I’ve been working on my diet for over a year now and am finally starting to see dramatic improvements in my health problems. You would remove all sweeteners including, (stevia, honey, maple syrup, agave, artificial sweeteners) limit yourself to 1/2 cup of berries a day for fruit, and remove all dairy to follow the plan.
