Busy Busy Busy… I made coconut milk, veggie broth, mango slushies, strawberry- banana ice cream, brown rice, toothpaste,and deodorant. I should make some ground turkey sausage patties to put in freezer.












How do you make your ground turkey sausage patties?
2 pounds ground turkey
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (I use Himalayan )
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
You can use other seasonings like garlic or thyme. You can even grate some apple to add.
Refrigerate for a few hours, then form into a roll and bake. I bake at 350 and I guess I have not timed it but I will. (I just look at it and know it’s done)
Slice into patties, and freeze. I think I seen a recipe where they used thyme instead of sage.
