It was crucial for me to read the whole book and then start. That way I knew every aspect of what it asked so I can commit to the lifestyle as much as I can. I’ve had a few stumbles and falls, but the community was here for me. You can do it, Lil… You just have to really make yourself the priority.

I just joined the web site (like 5 minutes ago). I feel the same way that you do. Sometimes I feel like I could write my own diet book. After jumping in head first I can’t stick with it. I am hoping that with the help of the web site I will be able to do this.
