Weight & Obesity 1 year, 1 month ago I am ready to not be overweight and obese! I just bought book this week, dived in, ordered supplements, and am excited about the program. I hope to communicate with others struggling along and help each other to succeed in our health goals.




when are you starting? i am starting may 10th. a bit nervous, but excited at the same time.
I kind of already started. I am on my 3rd day of the first two weeks building up to the advanced plan but I have cut out everything but one cup of coffee with coconut milk and truvia. I will get rid of those by the end of this week. I’ve been having the protein shakes for breakfast, almonds for snack, almond butter on gluten free bread, olives, sugar snap pea for lunch, and for snack gluten free pretzels and hummus. Dinner was collard greens wrapped around tuna, onions, garlic and tomatoes, as an example of what I ate yesterday. I have just realized I am not supposed to have the gluten free pretzels nor the gluten free bread. I think I will stay on them for this two week period leading up to starting the six week program.
Are you on the first two weeks or are you starting the two weeks on May 10th? I am very hopeful from reading the rave reviews of how everyone is feeling, aren’t you?
It sounds like you have a great start! I am in the middle of my second prep week and start the advanced plan on May 7 (Monday). Already I am feeling better and losing weight and I’ve only cut out the very worst things like caffeine, alcohol, glutten, and sugar. Good luck!
