There is no in-between for me. I feel either empty or stuffed, and I eat until I have gone from 1 to the other. It’s kind of like hunger has nothing to do with it when I start.

This must be really difficult for you. It is probably what brought you to the Blood Sugar Solution to begin with… Have you been paying attention to the pace at which are your eating?
