    I don’t like fishy fish, like salmon and mackrel, nor do I like winter squashs or yams. What are some acceptable substitutions?

    • i like tilapia, it has a firm texture and doesn’t smell fishy :-)

      Any fish that fits into your frying pan and is wild caught is great! Mix the summer squash with zucchini. Cook your yam sliced with some evoo on a pizza stone in the oven then dice and add to the mix. Remember the squash and yam are higher glcemic so add a ton of broccoli too (I par cook mine as I don’t like it to crunchy).
