Today I learned by accident I’m allergic to corn. Made a stew of leftovers and accidently put the kids’ mixed veggies in. Oops! Stomach cramps and drippy nose set in pretty quick. No wonder I felt so much better when I cut out all of the HFCS out of my diet back in December. This diet is amazing . . .
