    Hi Selah:
What an excellent answer…you are reading and understanding the book very well.

    • LOL, thank you Marilyn. I’ve had 11 years of practice, trying to get this right (for the nutrition part anyway). So glad a doc like Dr. H. came along and put all of the puzzle pieces together. I’m simply parroting what I’ve learned.

Tonight it was, “Where’s my birdseed?” and “I need some green tea!” as the kids dug through their Easter…[Read more]

I’ve just joined today and am reading the book getting ready to start journalling and getting into the program. The program sounds exactly what has been missing in all my other weight loss efforts.

    • I’ve just join to day and started reading the book. I got past the third chapter and what I read just sickened me.
