    caitlin says 4 oz of chicken, turkey, and fish DAILY, …..my understanding is that you could have one of these animal proteins at each meal along with the LG veggies…..am I wrong?

    • You could have one full serving at each meal. For some with much lighter appetites or abilities to eat the minimum would be a serving daily. Because you must have 3 times the vegetables with each protein serving, this would be a difficult amount of food to get down for many.
      There is no exact formula that will work for everyone. You have to figure out what works best for you. You just have to keep the ratio if vegetables to all the other food in your mind.
