    Yes, I have the Blood Sugar Solution, The Ultrasimple Diet, the Ultrametabolism Cookbook and the Detox Box. It is a lot of material to go through. Does anyone know if the shopping lists are on the website to print? I was going to start going through to make a shopping list and was thinking I am just missing it somewhere on the website, but have been unable to find it.

      I have not seen the shopping list on the website. I zeroxed mine from the book, but it is a bit difficult to do. I agree, it would be much easier if we could print it from the website.

          Sometimes the Ultrawellness staff will comment on qeustions or posts. I haven’t seen a place for suggestions. Hopefully staff will take note of this and also that we’d love a place for an on-line journal!
