Supplements 1 year ago Just discovered the book and have been devouring it for the past day and want to get onboard the program. In reading thru the book and in joining the online profile and taking my quizzes I am a bit confused about the ongoing treatment especially regarding supplements. If my quizzes come back with diagnosis for Advanced plan plus deficiencies in all the other categories such as digestion, detox, hormones etc… Does this mean I have to order the Advanced Plan kit plus each individual category kit? Or is the Advanced kit include all the supplements of the other categories as well?
Look at the supplements you are already taking and you do not have to order those. You could go with the advanced plan supplements and then after the 6 weeks when you retest, if you need any other supplements, start with those. Also, there is some duplication between the kits. I ordered the essential wellness from this site, as well as the magnesium. There are so many magnesiums out there it was easier to just order some. Many of the supplements I was already taking. I also took the PGX for 4 weeks. It really helps curb your appetite.
I did the advanced plan. I am finished today, and retaking the tests in the book I would not need any of the kits now.

I bought my supplements online from a reputable source. I don’t suppose it would be allowed to say what it was but for the 6 things I needed I only spent about $60. I already had some of the suggested supplements on hand that I was taking.
Actually it was more like $70 with shipping and I bought a 30 day supply,
