Can you share 3 beliefs and actions that you had taken so far.-

Three beliefs and actions that have changed my life permanently.
1. I walk two times a day for 2 miles each walk every single day … this keeps my blood sugars where I want them to be.
2. Sugar , Gluten, Dairy and oats are NOT my friends…I continue to be on the advanced plan …now 10+ months.

Hi, my three beliefs and actions are
1, follow the Blood Sugar Solution eating plan long term (over one year now)
2 setting a goal for continuing better health (rather than just weight loss or better numbers)
3 Recognizing that the common American diet today is unhealthy because we are not eating the same foods now, due to corporate…[Read more]-

Hi, My goal is literally for continuing health improvements on this diet.
Many things are gone or greatly improved for me like restless leg syndrome, foggy brain, arthritis, low energy in the afternoon, etc. I am not diabetic so I do not have the specific goals that diabetics have for improved numbers.

Three beliefs/actions I’ve taken this year:
1) ”Food is medicine”. I remain prescription free after 25 years of suffering from severe asthma.
2) Discipline … constantly affirming that the intellect must remain over the gut.
3) Stress must be respected or it will bring me down.

Actually metformin is one of the best drugs out there. I has all kinds of good benefits and does a good job of slowing down the liver when it comes to releasing glycogen (glucose). It is one of the oldest tried and true drugs available. I’m certainly not an expert I’ve just made it my mission to know about the meds offered and whether or not…[Read more]

Hi murthysuresh, I don’t know if there’s a good answer to your question. Although, it’s a very good question. I’m not sure there will be dramatic drops for me. I started with a typical fasting of 140-150 and a typical pp average (I also check at the 2hr. after eating mark) 120-130. I’ve tracked daily both measurements and after prep wk.…[Read more]
