Today I had a migraine for the […] ViewI haven’t ’officially’ started the program but did make an effort on my own to eliminate caffeine, refined sugars, diet sodas, etc and suffered many of the same symptoms you have describe. The good news is it does get better. I’m in my third week and I am feeling much better. Good Luck!

I cut the insulin down 2 […] ViewI’ve upped my intake to 3 capsules at each meal. Haven’t tried taking it 15 – 30 minutes before meal time but am still getting pretty good results with appetite control, fullness, etc.

Hypothyroidism & Thyroid 1 year, 2 months agoI have been receiving treatment for low thyroid function for several years now and can say without a doubt the treatment I’ve received has made a tremendous difference in my life. I have yet to start the program as I am still in the prep stage but am anxious to see how my body responds once I do.
