    My husband and started today-wish us luck!!! Our kitchen has been cleaned out of all the bad stuff and our fridge is loaded with more fruits and vegetables than condiments and junk than it has been in years.

      Way to go, Nancy! Success on the BSS requires pre-planning and preparation. It sounds like you and your husband have done that. I, also, think it’s great that you two are doing this together. This plan works. You will do great! I’ve been on it for 7 /12 months. :)
