Autoimmune Disorders 1 year agoThanks for the welcome! I’m really looking forward to trying this change in lifestyle. I never gave eating much thought until I hit my forties and started feeling like dog poo that’s been run over by a hundred bicycles.

Welcome. It’s a good place to find. Glad you are here. I hope you find this eating plan speaks to your individual health needs. I can tell you that my osteo arthritis is improving steadily. I was a little skeptical but now delighted. Good luck with your efforts and please keep us posted. Barb Wk3 Dy6

Hi Nara,
I went on the advanced BSS plan and stuck to it very closely. In a couple weeks my arthritis (r & o) disappeared. I was really suffering so this is almost a miracle to me. I did have a couple flare ups when reintroducing things. But this way I know what causes the problem.
Good luck with your health issues, Margaret -
Hi Nara,
One of my autoimmune diseases is Sjogren’s. I use some homeopathy that helps. These remedies include cow tissue that replaces some of my damaged tissue. These remedies are Nux moschata 30x -3 pills/ 3 times a day and Mucosa compositum- 1 pill/ 3 times a day
