I finally got a hold of someone at doctors office and they reduced my blood pressure medication even more so that what I already did last Friday. So I am now only taking one pill a day rather than three and am to track by blood pressue and report back on Monday. So hopefully over the next few days I will feel better. Still feeling very shakey so I’m glad I called and spoke to them . They offered for me to come in today but I think that would be useless . Day 4 of week 3 and it is simply beautiful outside but a little warm here in San Diego
