Anti Aging 1 year ago So what are the best anti-aging books you’ve read? My favorite is ”Eternity Soup: Inside the Quest to End Aging” by Greg Critser. He goes into A LOT of how science currently understands how we age, and how it is likely driven by several different mechanisms in the body. Very informative.
Any other good books out there?

I’ve recently read Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s books, Eat to Live and Super Immunity. I found them both extremely informative, and Dr. Fuhrman’s plan goes hand-in-hand with the Blood Sugar Solution, with just a few minor differences. Thanks for recommending Greg Critser’s book. I’m into reading all about health.
I’ve been hearing a bit about him; I’ll look at his books next time I’m in the book store and see if it grabs me.
Dr. Fuhrman also has a current PBS special that’s been showing on tv. It is a synopsis of his best selling book, Eat to Live.
Love all that he says. He’s very positive and life-affirming. Gombs: greens, onions mushrooms, berries, and seeds. It is hard to forget his suggested eating plan!
I think Fuhrman is great. We started modifying our diet based on information from him. I don’t think his information and Dr. Hyman’s conflict. I think Dr. Hyman is just more specific and directive for diabetics/potentional diabetics.
