    Today is day one of week 3. I had a hard time with the second week. Like some of my enthusiasm lapsed or something and I didn’t see the same results this week as I did in week one. I didn’t fall off the wagon or anything, I just wasn’t as vigilant as I should have been. I am going to implement daily exercise this week, which I am looking forward to. I am also going to make sure I check in here at least once a day this week so I can absorb all of the positive vibes of the community to keep me on track!

    • Hi Nicole. I think making it to week 3 alone is a huge accomplishement. I assume when you say you didn’t see same results you mean in the pounds dropping off, but don’t forget about all the good stuff that is happening inside your body with all the great food choices. Today is day one of week two. As you know I am exactly a week behind you. The big loss in week one has been great, but I keep telling myself that the same pace can’t keep up. I’m trying to gear up for when the scale doesn’t drop for a few days or week(s). I support you in the checking in daily and implementing daily exercise. I know it takes a lot of effort to be vigilant about all fo these things and form new habits, and I know you can do it. Wishing you the best!

      • Thanks, Tricia! That is exactly what I needed to hear. Yes, I did mean weight loss in terms of ”results” but now that I think about it, I think I mean more than that. Mentally, when I wasn’t eating enough green veggies I can be a little hard on myself, and wasn’t feeling the positive-ness of week one from myself. So instead of enjoying and being proud of the choices I was making, I was just going through the motions. So this week I am hoping to do better and not be so hard on myself!
