    Hi guys (and girls!) My hubby and I are hanging on.. I am doing very well and my hubby is doing ok but still pretty crabby and still has some runny stools and feels low energy. I keep telling him taht perhaps he needs to eat more or more often. He says he is, we’ll see if things improve for him. His blood sugar is still low and has not gone up, so that is good news. He is just not happy with the diet. I have lost 2 more lbs and I am now at day 13 and I have lost 12 lbs!! I am sooo happy. My hubby lost only 6 lbs but he was already thin and so there was not much to lose, just belly fat.

    • Thank you for the report. Hang in there. Many of us have had a tough two or three weeks with our energy level. Make sure your husband rests if he is tired. His body is healing and it is saying it needs the rest. Is there a food on the diet that he can enjoy? Let him have it! He could take a round (usually 30 days) of a high quality probiotic for his intestines. They are usually refrigerated in a health food store. Good luck to both of you! Margaret

      • yeah, we are taking probiotics and many of the supplements. I don’t know what is wrong.. I am stuffed just after taking the supplements.. yikes.

    • Your husband is still doing well, despite the lesser need for weight loss. Remember this plan is not solely about weight. It is about what issues precede the weight.       • I signed up for nutrition coaching but haven’t been able to figure out how to access it. I sent a request for info and was told there was a link on my confirmation email but it didn’t work and I haven’t found a link to it on the website. All I get is the same thing that’s here–another opportunity to sign up. I’m sure there’s an easy way, I just haven’t found it yet. Would appreciate any assistance in getting there, I think I’ve already used up almost two weeks of my first month trying to find it!
