• Good work everyone. So good to hear so many people doing well. I’m in week 2 and still going strong. I’ve got to get more calories though, it’s going to be a problem soon.

    • Are you eating nuts and seeds? I had to add those to my diet to provide enough calories for my work. Snacking helps a lot too. I’m still not fond of nuts and seeds but they do the trick; am adding chia seed to my diet and that helps a great deal.

    Yes, I’m not getting enough calories but hard to eat more because I feel so full most of the time.

  • Oh, I forgot to add I’ve already lost 4 lbs and I love how the fiber works. I’m never hungry at all.

    • I haven’t ever tried the fiber. I never experienced hunger on this diet, oddly enough. I am curious about the fiber though as I feel I am on a plateau for weight loss. I have stepped up the exercise but I’m sure I could do more–maybe the fiber is one idea

    • I found it amazing for me too. I was able to get off of insulin completely (with the help of my endocrinologist) within about 2 weeks of starting the advanced program. What a great start for you! We can see that this program works!
