I kept the weight loss for 1 1/2 yrs and then went on a binge eating of ice cream for 2 months and gained it back.

Hi Karen, I truly understand your pain. I have been dealing with severe RA and osteo. arthritis on and off for years. Now I.m on medication to help control pain. That is my typo, it should be PGX. That is a fiber capsule that slows down sugar absorbing rate. It needs to be taken with lots of water before you eat. The brand I use is Natural Factors, PGX ultra matrix plus. I took one capsule in the morning and one capsule late afternoon.
