    I still take an hour nap in the afternoonn. However, this is down from 2 and 3 hour naps. I found myself today eating 4 muffins (BSS), 1/4 c. of nuts instead of dinner. Then i realized i was trying to deal with sleepiness that way, and shut down my food consumption in favor of a nap! follow the body and worry about what happens if I become employed later!

    • I too was hoping going on this BSS program would cause me to give up my afternoon naps. No such luck with me either. I guess I am just a sleepy girl. I sleep great at night and take an hour or so nap almost every afternoon. We could have worse problems. My skin has gotten better without dairy (I think that was the culprit) and I feel good otherwise. I know I have more energy. I have been a heavy exerciser for a few years, trying in vain to lose weight by that alone, and used to really nap after the workouts. Now I can continue on with my day after exercising and just nap late afternoon. All the best to you! Lisa wk 10 after 2 wks prep, down 25 lbs.
