Inflammation 1 year agoHi. I’m new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone has had any success in ”treating” Lichen Planoparis which is a scarring alopecia disorder. Would love to hear about what might work. I also have Lichen Planus which attacks the skin on my face

I can only comment on how the diet has controlled my inflammation in ways I never thought possible. I’m completely off all prescription medications after 30+ years of taking prescriptions. My kids have also given me their prescriptions for the same condition (and they are not “on” the diet like I am).
