I can only comment on how the diet has controlled my inflammation in ways I never thought possible. I’m completely off all prescription medications after 30+ years of taking prescriptions. My kids have also given me their prescriptions for the same condition (and they are not ”on” the diet like I am).
Weight loss and blood sugar control are very nice too but I was very surprised at how well I was able to regulate my life-long inflammatory processes just by changing what goes into my mouth. I do supplement as recommended by Dr. Hyman.
