Hi, friends. Recently, on Netflix, my wife and I discovered a series called ”Poldark”, which was filmed in England in the 1970s. I researched the main actor. Robin Ellis, and discovered that he became a Type II diabetic. In response to his health situation, among other things he wrote a new book ”Delicious Dishes for Diabetics.” He also has an entertaining blog which has different recipes on it.
