Also, I tried calorie counting for a month or two a while back, but it did not really make much difference. Will keep working on it. Thanks.

I think we all hit plateaus at one point or another. The thing that has always helped me the most has been drinking tons more water each day. I don’t know if that keeps me from eating or my body just responds well to all those fluids, but extra water really helps. I find that my mid-meal snacks have been crucial to my weight-loss success. I feel like I am eating all the time, but those frequent ”meals” keep me from overeating.

gosh, i’ve been platued for 3 months!!! i have been discouraged but i try not to be. my body is healing and adjusting and it will work out…hang in there!!

Yes, many plateaus. I just expected them and kept on keeping on. Eventually the stubborn pounds leave.

I find that my mid-meal snacks have been crucial to my weight-loss success. I feel like I am eating all the time, but those frequent ”meals” keep me from overeating.
