Rolando, if we get the big picture, make the big shift of retraining our taste buds and relearning why we eat and how to eat for health and do most of it, maybe we can keep a few small things and they won’t interfere. I have a square of dark chocolate once in a while. Whatever it takes, maybe? Anna

I couldn’t feature my giving it up either. I had Truvia (stevia) and coconut milk creamer every morning in my coffee. It took me two weeks to give it up and I stepped it down gradually, from 2 cups a day to 1 cup, and then 1/2 cup but I did it. It is kind of nice to know I can give up something that I thought I was utterly addicted to. There…[Read more]

Rolando, I am right there with oyou about my morning coffee except that I want my cream! So I tried switching to hot tea that has fruit in it-like cranberries, pear, or orange flavor. And guess what? I am not missing my coffee and the natural sweetness of the fruits is enough and having that hot drink in the morning is great too. Side benefit…[Read more]
