It wasn’t or is dangerous after that big loss my bodies now losing the weight a lot slower but I’m still losing a little at a time, greatest thing is my blood glucose readings I’m login that a lot. Diabesity / Diabetes 10 months, 2 weeks agoI recently went to my doctor over a week ago and my liver enzymes were high again and glucose was high she put me on metoform. I am trying to eat right and get these numbers down. I need to lose weight but it is so hard for me. I also have a thyroid condition hypoparathyroidism

Have similar problem with liver enzymes, I started the program just 4 weeks ago, have lost 17 pounds and 17 inches overall. I just went for my blood work and will know in two weeks what my result are. Isn’t it amazing how our bodies desperately hang on to every pound. hang in there. Eventually you will lose weight if you are doing everything you can to lose. doesn’t matter who long it takes. This isn’t a race and the stakes are too high to give up. onward we go…..
Nicole is right, Mary. Eating a healthy diet full of vegetables, beans/legumes and berries for the six weeks will hopefully see an over-all improvement in health even if weight loss is slow. Hang in there…
