Recipes 1 year ago I am trying to find information on portion sizes or daily allowance for amounts of food…? I have read most of the book but don’t seem to be able to come up with how much I should be eating each day. Also I saw that green tea is allowed so are any other teas allowed? Are there any place to get recipes easily? I see recipes here but the forum is not that easy search

thank you that is what I was looking for. any thoughts on getting recipes from somewhere or know if the book on here is good for this specific purpose? I need to be prepared or I will fail at this becuase I know it is going to be hard

Hi, You have the right idea about being prepared and planning your eating ahead of time. It will save you. Never leave the house without water and something to eat. There are recipes on the internet under Paleo diet that will work. Also you can take your favorite recipes and alter them so that they fit into this program.. Use lettuce leaves instead of bread or crackers. Use ground nuts instead of flour and so on.
