    I have the book on Kindle, but I’m not seeing where the advanced plan and the basic plan are discussed, where do you find out about those?

    • Hi Sheryl, You will need to read the whole book to use the plan with full understanding. The plans are discussed at various places in the book. For a quick preview Chapter 18 page 191 in the hard cover addresses the subject. I do not know if the page numbers are the same on Kindle. I do like to jump all over a book for certain info myself.     I’m doing the first list of things in the preparation, starting with the journal, obstacles and beliefs. I promise myself and all cyberspace to complete these steps by Wednesday.

    I’m just starting, too, let’s be in touch. I have 18 lbs to loose to be at the very top range of healthy BMI. I want to loose about 25 lbs to be able to wear my wedding ring again.

    • Definitely! I lost 70 pounds a few years ago due to a lengthy illness but have put some back on since I returned to work and want to stay healthy. My problem is definitely a sweet tooth and if I can conquer that I should be ok. This diet really caught my eye.     • Hi Sheryl, The program does take some getting used to. I think that s what is so great about the preparation weeks. You can ease in. I was very concerned about giving up bread. I had tried to limit my intake years ago to 18 slices or less a month of whole grain breads. And would continually get some white bread in at a restaurant or an upscale…[Read more]
