    @shepardgirl2 We finished our 6 weeks. We are really happy with the changes we have made and plan to stay mostly on the same foods except for we added in some dark chocolate and a homemade buttermilk ranch dressing from Dr. Oz. Other than that we are off all other dairy, wheat, flour, sugar. Feeling good, My husband lost about 8 lbs. I haven’t weighed but have gone down 1 size. I need to exercise more often. Now that summer is here I am walking a lot more. About 3 miles several times a week. How are you doing?
