Sue – There are too many foods you can eat to have a complete food list but under downloads there are two reports that list a lot of them. The low glycemic vegetable list is taped to my refirigerator this is a great place to start. Also will depend on whehter you are on the basic or advance plan. on advanced plan your fruit is limited to 1/2 cup a day of berries- blueberries, raspberries, cherries, strawberries for the fist 6 weeks or so. Have you decided if you are on the basic or advance plan?
I am not entirely sure what plan I should be on. I’m afarid if i do the advance it might be to restrictive and I will fail, but I want to get healthy too. I am tired of being fat and unhealthy.
sue -I do not find the advanced plan too restrictive at all. Once you get rid of your cravings which happens very quickly- you will feel so good that you will be very motivated to stay on course and lose weight . If you are diabetic you will automatically be on the advanced plan. If you take all the surveys and ivey indicate you should be on the basic plan if you are not getting the results that you are looking for you can always step things up by going on the advanced plan. a lot of people do that . the most important thing is to make your commitment to living a health lifestyle and taking out of your diet the food items that are hurting you.
