    Day 13 – Week 2 Day 6
    Breakfast – my ’chia drink’
    Lunch – chicken legs, coleslaw/lettuce salad, homemade vegetable soup
    Dinner – steak soup
    Snacks- almonds, pumpkin seeds, mixed nuts
    water
    Having some indigestion today and not sure which food item has caused it. Feeling pretty energetic.
    Looking forward to week 3.

        haven’t been here on the site much lately so I’m just now seeing your message.
        My chia drink is:
        2 Tablespoons chia
        2 Tablespoons flax seeds
        2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
        and, when I had a working blender, a few stems of parsley or another green (collard, turnip, etc)
        about 3 cups worth of water. Blend it all together.

        Since my blender is broken, I just drink the drink without a ’green’ for now. It’s not the tastiest thing, especially without the green, but I’m so used to experimenting with what my husband considers ’weird’ combinations that I don’t mind too much.

        Sometimes it takes me the whole day to drink the drink. Sometimes I finish it in a few hours. Let me know if you try it and if you add your own special touches!
