Supplements 11 months agoAs to PGX, I am taking 4 morning and evening along with everything else. Lady at health food store said that the CoQ10 (200mg gel caps 6 per dose), works better with it. Supplements 11 months agoI started seeing a Functional Dr., fortunately she is the DC I’ve known in the past. I’m having trouble in week 10 or 11 with my BS starting to go up from 130 to 170′s to now 217. She recommended Metagenic’s GlyemX360 which helped with wt loss but not BS level. Acid Reflux & Heartburn 1 year, 1 month agoSo happy to find a group to receive and extend hope to over come this. Taking Omeprozole for years and think curing this problem is what I would rather do. Anyone out there achieved this. I too am just reading
