Good luck, glad your launching the program. Look under ”my downloads” on one of the top bars you might look at the one that says something like ”nutrition basics ….” Not sure about the title. It’s not really a list of directions it’s more of a short summary of steps to take. I like it a lot. Best – barb Wk2 Dy2
