    Julia, I like how you phrased, ”health I’m adding to my life…” The book also encourages you to find your motivation and connect to it, and maybe that’s what helped me feel enthusiastic from the beginning. My motivation was about feeling as vibrant as I could and being a healthy role model to my son. Thank you!

    Julia, buy the Blood Sugar Solution book. The program is already Gluten and Dairy free, and I think you’ll find plenty of options to be able to live without the other foods you need to avoid. Best to you.

    Robert, yes, I will usually just go to the comments section for 10 min everyday, and read all the updates I can find. Usually 10 minutes is enough to scroll though 24 hours of activity.     Margaret, I’ve really taken the exercise to heart and so physically I feel great. My energy is consistent throughout the day. I am certainly stronger all over (weights and squats), have more endurance (running and other aerobic video’s), and best of all more flexible (yoga). My full time job can be pressure loaded often, and then I come home to my responsibilities of caring for our home and family.       I try and take them wherever I can find them. I can’t wait for the summer sales so I can stock up on descending sizes for the upcoming months. This is the best eating plan ever!!!

      • Great job!! Having clothes in your closet waiting for you is a good idea.
        I have gone from size 16 or 1x to size 12 and I am thrilled. I am keeping my weight level for a while, but expect to loose much more later in the year.

    What makes me feel inspired is that I want to live a vibrant joyful life. So it’s not a destination goal (like an event), it’s a life long goal. Having a healthy vibrant energetic body means I can have lots of freedom in life and be a good role model to my son.
