My motivation was about feeling as vibrant as I could and being a healthy role model to my son. Thank you!

Thank you so much! Yes, I have the book. I enjoy hearing from others personal experience. I am looking forward to the road ahead. What struck me is the importance of outlook as well. I try and take them wherever I can find them. I can’t wait for the summer sales so I can stock up on descending sizes for the upcoming months. This is the best eating plan ever!!!

Great job!! Having clothes in your closet waiting for you is a good idea.
I have gone from size 16 or 1x to size 12 and I am thrilled. I am keeping my weight level for a while, but expect to loose much more later in the year.

Wow Tricia, I just read your post and it is a great victory. This is how healthy people eat. Just a bite or two of a treat once or twice a month. Staring down a cake you made is a fantastic win.
