In reply to: scduran posted an update in the group Diabesity / Diabetes Are there any of you who are doing the plan without any of the supplements? i did buy them and am starting them on Monday, but I can’t afford them every month. Viewyou can always do just basic supplementation or do some research online to find the supplements at a lower cost. I found most of the vitamins recommended that are good quality and a whole lot cheaper through vitacost. I absolutely have no extra income to afford $300 or more a month on supplements.

I am going to continue the program with slight modifications. I’m adding back artifical sweeteners, coffee with half and half and diet soda. My end goal is to lose another 25 pounds and rid myself of diabetes for once and for all.

In reply to: silverfox posted an update in the group Diet & Nutrition Does anybody know if eating Dreamfield pasta is OK? Also, is it OK to have grated cheese with it? ViewIf your on the advanced plan I would say no. As well as the basic plan no dairy. It depends on how strict you want to be.
