Well, today is a special day for me ! I got my never ending foot cast off and I took my First maiden voyage exercise trip for 2 blocks around my neighborhood ! OHHHHH the freedom of having the wind in my hair and actually exercising after sooo long ! What an exilerating feeling ! I have to start slow and work up according to the DR. and PT, but I’m on my way ! I know I am going to feel so much better and hopefully lose weight even more efficiently ! YIPPIE!!!!!!!!!
