Welcome Wendy. This book and this new lifestyle is helping mr get off my diabetic meds. There is an online ebook avaiable also if you want to be ble to have it with ou all the time. Keep us posted as to your progress. I am on day 4 of week 5 and feeling better and better each day. I am completely off my blood pressure medications now .

if you have ibooks installed on your computer. or ipad or iphone there is a botton on the right side top that says store. click on that button and from there you can search for the blood sugar solution ibook. The only disadvantage is that sometimes it is hard to find things a second time..can’t put tabs like you can on a hard book but you can…[Read more]
