Is there a really simple diet plan that I can simply follow? I am 60, not obese, and do not mind eating the same meals over and over. Thanks.

I also combine vegetables like last night I chopped-up a Roma tomato, added avacado and minced garlic, drizzled olive oil and salted to taste – had it with some roast chicken and it was YUMMY! With the…[Read more]
Hi Barbara, I hope you are well.
One thing I do to eat lots of vegetables is keep them cleaned and cut up in the refrigerator. Last night for dinner I had jicama, celery, radishes and a sardine.I finished off with blueberries for dessert. I did not want to cook and was fine with what I had in front of me.
I always have salad fixings ready to go…[Read more]
Cathy,
I love your simple and so easy answer. Well said.
Thanks Janine – I find keeping it simple helps me to maintain my progress. I’m at week 10 and still losing a pound a week like clockwork!
