Strawberry Tofu Smoothie

Vanilla extract is the secret ingredient for enhancing the flavor of this creamy smoothie.

  • 1 1/4 Cups Frozen Strawberries (about 5 ounces)
  • 1 Cup Silken Tofu (8 ounces)
  • 1/4 Cup Cold Water
  • 4 Tablespoons 100% Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
