Sunday Night Bouillabaisse

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Onion chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 Pound White Fish such as haddock or cod, cubed
  • 1/2 Pound Shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Cups Fish or Vegetable Stock
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Pound Mussels washed and debearded
  • 1/2 Pound Small Clams
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges
  • Fresh Parsley chopped for garnish
