- 1 Cup Short Grain Brown Rice rinsed
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- Place rice in a medium saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add salt, and cover.
- Simmer on low until rice is tender and water has evaporated. Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container. Brown rice will stay fresh for 5 days.
