Sautéed Spinach and Watercress

Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Fresh Watercress
  • 8 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
Preparation
  1. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil on medium heat.
  2. Add watercress and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add spinach to wilt. Season with salt.
