Sautéed Spinach and Watercress
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Fresh Watercress
- 8 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
Preparation
- In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil on medium heat.
- Add watercress and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add spinach to wilt. Season with salt.
