In all my years of trying to improve different areas of my life, I’ve realized there is one irreplaceable tool for making that happen: extraordinary teachers.
Surrounding ourselves with people who inspire us, who we aspire to be like, is a recipe for success.
Jon and Missy Butcher have played that role for me. They honestly knock it out of the park in every area of their lives, and it isn’t just luck. The Butchers have designed a system that breaks down the most important aspects of living well, creates a clear vision of what that means to each individual person, and most importantly lays down the steps of how to make it happen.
I’ve used their program, called Lifebook, myself and was lucky enough to go through it personally with Jon and Missy at their home.
Going through the steps of Lifebook helped me overcome my own limiting beliefs (like that I don’t fit in at the gym) and understand how past traumas led me to certain conclusions (like an incident with my step-father when I was 7, that led me to believe telling the truth would get me in trouble). The bottom line is that mindset has the power to change our lives, we just have to tap into the most beneficial way of thinking.
One of the things I admire most about the Butchers is their epic relationship. After more than 30 years they still can’t keep their hands off each other! Who doesn’t want love like that? The secret to their relationship is a dedication to love rituals, like an hour to walk in the garden to catch up every night and a date night every week. Even with kids and really busy schedules, they make this a non-negotiable part of their world, and it has clearly paid off.
We uncover the secrets to a fulfilled life, strong mindset, and long-lasting, passionate relationships on this week’s episode of The Doctor’s Farmacy with Jon and Missy Butcher.
Do yourself a favor and tune in.
You may not have control over things that have happened in your life, but you do have the power to control your own actions and make your dreams come true. Jon and Missy teach us how on The Doctor’s Farmacy.
Wishing you health and happiness,
