I feel 100% better!
I first started using The Daniel Plan in March of 2015. I lost 20 pounds, but I soon stopped and gained 13 pounds back.
Then in February of 2016, I started over with The Daniel Plan 10-Day Detox and started losing the weight again. I also started using your book, Eat Fat, Get Thin. I have since lost a total of 61 pounds. I think the use of healthy fats really helped. My ultimate goal is to lose 9 more pounds. I started at 208 pounds and my waist was 41 inches, and now I am 147 pounds and my waist is 32 inches.
I feel 100% better. I no longer become out of breath when walking up stairs, and I feel I can keep up with my daughter’s activities again. I am 53-years old and I was able to lose weight during menopause.
Thank you for this wonderful program. I believe that I will be better prepared to maintain my weight because of the education of learning how to eat healthfully—from reading labels to understanding what is in our food and how our food choices affect our bodies. I tell people it’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change of choosing the right food to eat and learning how to eat for life.
I’m looking forward to living a healthier lifestyle as I age. I want to be an active senior that feels great and can do things when we retire and not be stuck at home because of health reasons.
